All our properties are photographed by a professional photographer and we even offer 'virtual furniture' to further present the property as an inviting home. We offer a minimum of 2 open for inspections per week & also offer tenants the option to choose times that suit them, this ensures we gather as many prospects through your property as possible. Prospective tenants are canvassed from our Database and to the steady stream of enquires that come to our office, which means sometimes the right tenant is found before the advertising even begins.
Within the first week of advertising, we will review the statistics of views and actual enquiry to ensure that the property is on track with market expectations and demand and if need be adjustments will be made. This approach will apply to the full campaign. It is anticipated that a suitable tenant will be selected within 2 weeks of marketing the property. A real estate agent that we choose had to have several more values than a normal one. These had to include personality to deal with an aged person to make them feel comfortable. After going through the estate agents in the area I chose Rosa.
I did so initially for reasons which include her professional and experience in property management. She has extensive experience which would be used if thing goes wrong with the tenant. Her screening of tenants again is of the highest standard which will ensure that things do not go wrong. She was able to deliver on exactly what she informed me at the initial meeting regarding the rent which will be expected and the type of tenant we wanted. This was a crucial factor for my mother allowing people to rent her home. Rosa treated my aged mother with total respect and dignity.
Another reason I was and am impressed is that Rosa was able to communicate to my mother the details that would keep her home safe and clean. My mother was terrified to rent her home. This topic alone required a very high level of diplomacy, tact and a great deal of patience. Rosa had and has all these qualities.

After sales customer service is one of the most important factors in business and I have not been disappointed at all.
