Tenant screening includes tenant database checks through VEDA and or TICA, employment and income checks, previous rental history checks, scrutinising previous tenancy ledgers and conducting personal and professional reference checks.

We explain to tenants and get them to sign off on our Arrears Management Policy so that they understand their obligations in respect of rent payments. Practically, we apply and monitor rental payments on a daily basis and we jump onto any late payments immediately.
