Our core Sales & Property Management Team consists of our Licensee ( Russell ) with 30 years experience in sales, settlements and property development, Senior Property Investment Manager ( Carole ) with over 24 years experience and has been with The Market Place Realty for over 14 years, our Property Managers are trained within office and have worked in previous areas of Real estate within our office whilst they worked/studied towards being a Property Manager, our Administration Manager ( Debby )also has in excess of 22 years experience and is available during all office hours to discuss any concerns you may have with your statement and payment of accounts.
Whilst Fees are very important and we do realise this is a big concern to all Owners, knowledge and experience we believe should weigh as big factors into any decision of whom you choose as an Agent to manage your asset. As an active local agent we are constantly receiving enquires
from prospective buyers and developers who register their interest to be contacted should we list a suitable property that meets their requirements.

We have active buyers we are working with ..

Maybe the properties we currently have listed didn't suit their needs but maybe yours does !

In the current market Offers will come through comprehensive marketing to attract those buyers.

I would recommend the internet as the largest source of enquiry, e-brochures ( alerts that go out to buyers who have registered to buy in certain suburbs ) would be delivered several times during the campaign, currently going to around 1200 each time these are sent.

Combine the internet with paper advertising in the weekend and community newspapers if required also.

Depending on your property a photo sign may also be benefitial to showcase the property from the road to increase enquiry.

Marketing is not included in the selling fee, most of my clients are spending around $ 700+ depending on their needs and the outcome they would like to achieve, various forms are however available from budget conscious to premium.

When the property is SOLD FOR MORE and this amount of money has not been spent then it is only paid as used.
