Every property and owners circumstances are unique. I approach each sale by listening to the clients needs then making recommendations based on what would work best for the property keeping in mind the goal is to achieve the best price possible. I do believe in effective marketing as the more buyers attracted to a property the better chance it has of selling for a higher price. I'm comfortable working different sales strategies whether it be auction or private treaty. The most important part to this is making sure that the marketing and method of sale tie in together, drawing out the buyer who'll pay a premium price.
