Here at NSW Realty, we understand that no two properties are the same, and each property has something special or unique about them. We adopt a two-step process when appraising your property - please see below:
1. We arrange a time with you to meet at the property so you can show us the property and highlight what you love about your property. This face to face meeting also allows us to assess your property so we can then complete a market appraisal on your property.
2. After the first meeting, we will then complete a full market appraisal on your property and arrange to meet with you further to discuss various marketing strategies for your property and answer any further questions you may have.
