Schultz Realty was founded in December 2015 by Sarah Schultz (the Property Matchmaker).
Sarah is an experienced, dynamic Real Estate Professional, whose passion and drive for Real Estate shines through in the outstanding service she provides for her Clients.
Sarah’s love for Real Estate largely stems from the numerous renovation projects she has completed for herself. Over the past decade, Sarah and her husband have bought, renovated, styled and flipped multiple houses and more recently built her own dream home. This has provided her with firsthand experience on the “Do’s” and “Don’ts” of buying, renovating and selling. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge enabling her to provide low cost solutions, options and advice to ensure Seller’s homes appeal the broadest selection of the market; ensuring a pleasing result in Minimum Time with Maximum Result.
Sarah has a down to earth, upfront, no nonsense, honest personality and approach to selling homes. She provides quality, honest advice to clients on how to present their homes to achieve the best outcome.
Sarah has grown her Boutique Agency over the last 6 years with exponential growth during this time. Four years ago, she recruited her mother Doreen, also a qualified Real Estate Agent into the business as her full-time Sales Assistant who works closely alongside Sarah ensuring Clients are well supported and cared for at all times. More recently Sarah also recruited a new Staff member to assist with the administration of the Agency and to work alongside a team of designers and social media marketing experts. This has enabled Sarah to elevate her strong customer service focus to a higher level by always having someone available to work on properties or attend inspections even when the shortest amount of notice is given.
In 2021 Sarah won RATE My Agent of the year awards for agent of the year in both Mount Warren Park and Bahrs Scrub. Sarah also won Agency of the year in 2021 for Mount Warren Park as Well. In 2017 and 2018 Sarah was recognised by the market and was awarded the prestigious “Sellers Choice Award for Open Agent”.
In 2020 Sarah sold 62 houses and achieved a list to sell ratio of 95%.

In 2018 Sarah wrote and published her first book titled “Putting your home on the top sellers list”. I offer my database first to see if I can sell the home before it goes to market if you wish to save on marketing as we have a strong buyer pool this way as well. . If this doesn't sell in the first 7-10 days we then organise photos to be done by a professional and move forward with the full marketing. I only 1 offer once choice of marketing package because I know whats required to draw every buyer out there to the home and I ask sellers to contribute and I contribute the remainder . The more buyers we can draw to the property the more likelihood of a higher sale price for you the seller and it creates competition which also creates hype and drives the sale price up.
