We like to try and sell all of our listings within the first four to eight weeks of marketing the property and would therefore suggest using our internet advertising system that lists your property on multiple websites including, and It would also be advisable to feature the property on our website ( as well as and Newspaper advertising can be very effective so we would advise using this in conjunction with the electronic marketing tools we have in place like ‘early alert’. Brochures and boards are a personal choice but we do find our cheapest 6x4 'For Sale' board is the most cost effective method to capture drive by custom.)
