Selling Approach - Negotiation is key, and this is where the agent adds value. Negotiation is most effective when your agent has established relationships with qualified buyers, drawing on their trigger points and previous buying behaviour. Any agent can sell your property, but the best can negotiate you an additional 10-15%.
