I also like to advertise your property in the local newspaper and for that reason I get properties sold due to maximum exposure. I do open homes on Saturday and Sundays (Sundays first 2 weeks). Social media is an amazing traffic area to attract buyers and very cost effective. Practically nothing. The results are amazing.
