We are flexible with open inspections and will arrange private viewings for tenants if required.

When your property is listed for rent on it will be listed as the 'premiere' property on the front page for the first 30 days. Regular open inspections, thorough application processes.
We will en devour to achieve the highest possible rent in the shortest possible time securing good quality tenants.


Letter following the sale of the rent roll to another company.....
Just received the letter saying we are changing over too Ray White so I'm writing this e-mail to thank you for absolutely everything you changed our lives when we got the approval to move here as we were both stuck at different places at the time and were having endless trouble in actually being accepted for a house. You gave us the chance to break into the private rental sector.

Hi Shirley,
Let me just say you are a million to one property manager and it has been an absolute pleasure to have you looking after our property.
The professional manner and friendly nature that you have when you go about your business will be EXTREMELY hard to replace.
Our next property manager certainly has some big shoes to fill in that regard.
I cannot begin to tell you how much you will be missed at this end of the chain - a good property manager is just as hard to find as a good tenant - perhaps even more so.

Just a note as I think this is your last day, I hope you have a nice break before your next 'adventure' and I wish you a happy, healthy and safe future. Thank you for all of your help and fun conversations during the last more than few years and I hope to be working with you again at sometime in the future. Shirl you're more than a good work colleague. I see you as a mate who says it like it is and we can always have a laugh over your poor tastes in cars :) Whoever employs your services will definitely be richer for it as I personally think you are the best property manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
By the way congrats to Holden for winning the championship…but really who cares…we got Bathurst:) Seriously though. Have a good break and chill for awhile. You deserve it.
