This will largely be governed by the supply conditions of the property to be sold, and the marketing price compared to market value? Based on our current read of the market, where demand is clearly exceeding supply we recommend auction.
Upon receiving the engagement we commence with talking to the existing occupant (assuming the property is leased), then the neighbours, then working the property through our database which includes buyer advocates. Beyond this we employ conventional mediums such as Internet, signboard and print, largely The Age, and the real estate supplement of The Australian Jewish News and selected ethic press such as The Chinese News.
