Strategy of Sales Plan
Property to be sold by Auction or Private Sale or Expressions of Interest with the preferred method being an Auction
We conduct a five week sales campaign leading up to the Auction Date or if the property is being sold by Private Sale until such time as the property is sold
Open for inspections are held twice weekly for an half an hour and include a Thursday open during the day alternating to an open the following week in the evening or both on the same day. Saturday inspections occur during the day with the Auction to be held at the most popular time of 11:30am preceded by an Open for Inspection.
