Stephen has grown up enjoying holidays on the Mornington Peninsula for most of his life and has chosen this destination to settle and raise his children - Charlie and Isabel. Stephen is joined at Briggs Shaw by his wife Andy Brown who comes from a corporate marketing / PR and commercial real estate background.
Since purchasing Briggs Shaw Real Estate in 2012, Stephen has tripled the number of annual sales along with increasing his rent roll by 60%.

Andy and Steve Brown bought Briggs Shaw Real Estate to pursue their love of sales and marketing, real estate and the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
Andy grew up holidaying in Portsea and continued this childhood dream into adulthood when she and Steve decided a sea change to Blairgowrie was in order. Andy wants her children to be raised to appreciate the ocean and nature.
Andy has a natural love for houses and interiors and her side hobbies include designing and manufacturing bright coloured textiles and home wares.
Andy has 20 years’ experience in corporate business specialising in events and marketing having owned hospitality venues and working for various 5 star international resorts and restaurants in PR, marketing and events.
Andy says “it’s all about how we pitch and present things. We can all see the obvious features in a home – the position, the land size etc but I tend to go deeper and see the beauty in all homes – the character, the quirks, the ambience, the history, the flow and the memories.”
