We utilise all of the main marketing channels such as www.realestate.com.au initially uploading the property as a premiere listing, putting your property at the top of its field for 30 days, combining this with professional photography gives you the best chance at a quick result, our adverts are carefully written letting any potential tenants know what they need about your property and it's location, so they can make an informed decision if it is the right property for their needs. In addition your property is also listed on www.reiwa.com.au and www.domain.com.au as well as our own website and Facebook page. For lease signs can also be used to attract potential tenants passing by or locally living residents looking to move. We have an internal database who are alerted to your property presenting to the market.
Viewings are carried out when suits the potential tenant, if that is at 8am or 6pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday, that is no problem, our concern is leasing your property as soon as possible and to the best applicant. We can view, process and have the lease signed all on the weekend if need be! Whilst our office may be open 9-5 we are always available and working for you as our client when needed to obtain the best result for you.
