During the course of having our property on the market we have seen a decline in buyers in Townsville and a very slow market, we has listed with one agent in the beginning and had a bad ending to a contract with a cashed up buyer thanks to our agent, we then employed a 2nd agent and got rid of the 1st, that agent was with a smaller company and didn’t have the wider internet market and we felt we weren’t getting the interest.
