1. Signing the agreement will activate our service.
2. We prepare a full detailed list of features & benefits of your home.
3. We will provide you with a checklist that helps you in preparing your home.
4. There will be a photography session booked.
5. Prepare documentation and legals.
6. Your keys will be cut tagged and registered.
7. We will secure marketing space for media release.
8. We will engage our marketing department.
9. We will send bulk messages to our data base (coming soon message).
10. Signage will be arranged
11. A team visit will be booked.
12. We will decide on which buyers qualify to inspect your home.
13. We will generate interest through the surrounding local residents.
14. Launch our media release promoting the property.
15. We will provide you with written feedback regarding inspections and offers.
16. We will facilitate all possible offers and negotiate the best possible outcome.
17. Then await your decision of what is acceptable to you.
18. Once the above is achieved we will execute all paper work.
