YONG Corporate Office - Pacific Centre
YONG Real Estate relocated from the small shopping complex where the office had first opened to the new Pacific Centre building across the road. YONG established its Corporate Office in the new building and the Super Office concept that Peter Huang had envisioned was realised.
The Opening Ceremony was held to introduce both the new building and YONG Real Estate's Corporate Office to the local community. The centre was opened by Kevin Bianchi on behalf of Lord Mayor Jim Soorly, together with Gary Hardgrave, Federal Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Judy Spence, Minister for Family, Craig Emerson, Graham Quirk, and Michael Caltabiano. Since the buildings completion, the Pacific Center has won two awards including the QMBA's Award for Brisbane Region and the Award for Queensland.

YONG Real Estates Corporate Target is to turn over $5.8 billion in sales per year with capitalisation of well over $200 million making YONG Real Estate the greatest Real Estate Company in Australia.
YONG's Global Vision
Peter Huang intends to make YONG Real Estate a well known unique international brand. Toyota's success in the car industry has inspired Peter to make YONG Real Estate just as successful in the real estate industry. According to the 7 September 2006 BRW report, Toyota is the most successful and profitable car maker in the world. Toyota counts for around 33 percent of the world wide car maker's net profit figure, the rest of the Japanese car maker's account for 33 percent and the remaining 33 percent of the profit goes to car makers throughout the rest of the world including America, Europe and Korea etc. Toyota simply has no serious competition according to these figures. Peter would like YONG Real Estate to follow a similar path of global success.
