Day 2- House Keeping

• Set dates and times for inspections
• Prepare marketing campaign material adds etc
• Client to sign off on adds and campaign materials
Day 3- Implementation
• Marketing campaign goes live on the web
• Signage on property
• Direct marketing to client base
• Internal marketing to network groups including other agencies and professional organisations
Day 4- Onwards
• Meet, greet, inspections with prospective clients
• Maintain a register of inspections
• All offers in writing access and counter offer/ negotiate
• Update property owner on outcomes
Day 7- Review
• Review which of the “3” critical outcomes achieved thus far with the client
• Implement the next 7 day phase of the marketing campaign in line with the
“3” critical outcome
Day ? _ The result
• Process deposits, paperwork as require to finalise the transaction
• Keep client abreast of proceedings and what comes next.
