F1 Real Estate is a Boutique real estate agency, our staff have been involved with the property market in NSW since early 70's working with mum and dad home owners plus a wide range of business owners, property investors and developer/builders. Marketing Plan
F1 Real Estate’s proposal is to achieve best outcome in line with current market trends with an eye on property performance, i.e price or yield.
Our proposed market plan is simple and too the point. We develop a time line in consultation with the vendor which keeps both property and vendor at top of mind for all concerned.

Day 1- Initial Consultation
• Discuss expectations and carry out physical inspection of the property.
• Recommend improvements that may help improve the properties standing in the market place.
• Develop marketing campaign with client
• Discuss the importance of the “3” critical outcomes of all marketing campaigns
• Sign off on any and all State Legislation requirements
Day 2- House Keeping
• Arrange professional photographs
• Set dates and times for inspections
• Prepare marketing campaign material adds etc
• Client to sign off on adds and campaign materials
Day 3- Implementation
• Marketing campaign goes live on the web
• Signage on property
• Direct marketing to client base
• Internal marketing to network groups including other agencies and professional organisations
Day 4- Onwards
• Meet, greet, inspections with prospective clients
• Maintain a register of inspections
• All offers in writing access and counter offer/ negotiate
• Update property owner on outcomes
Day 7- Review
• Review which of the “3” critical outcomes achieved thus far with the client
• Implement the next 7 day phase of the marketing campaign in line with the
“3” critical outcome
Day ? _ The result
• Process deposits, paperwork as require to finalise the transaction
• Keep client abreast of proceedings and what comes next.
