One of Ty’s passions, outside of Real Estate, is sailing. He has sailed and competed in nine Sydney to Hobart yacht races as part of the crew. He has been on the winning yacht twice with arguably the best win being on Loyal in 2012. This only happens if you know how to work in a team environment and are committed to the end goal. These skills are carried across into his work as a Real Estate Agent. Being involved with the Sydney to Hobart Yacht race and the Loyal Foundation has seen him have a major part in helping to raise over 4 million dollars, with 100% of this money going to charity.
